How to Sync Your Watch Face with Your Actual Data

If your watch face isn’t reflecting your actual data, the application might not have access to this information. Follow the steps below to ensure the app has the necessary permissions:

1. Access the Settings: Tap on the settings icon.

2. Navigate to the Health Section: Scroll down until you find the “Health” option.

3. Locate the Application: Look for the application named “Newipe”.

4. Grant Data Access: Tap on the option indicated in the image to grant the application access.

5. Refresh the Application:

Return to the application and force an update. If done correctly, your watch face should now sync with your actual data. If you’re still facing issues or have other questions, please open a support ticket.
