The live watch faces on my Apple Watch remain static.
To turn off “Always on Display” on your Apple Watch:
- Open the Settings app on your watch. To do this, press the Digital Crown to view the Home screen and then tap the Settings icon.
- Select “Display & Brightness”.
- Scroll down and tap “Always On”.
- Turn the feature off.
“Always on Display” is not present on my watch.
Note: “Always on Display” is available on Series 5-7 Apple Watches. If you have a Series 3, 4, or SE watch, please ignore this step and adjust the watch settings within the app.
Is my Apple Watch compatible with Live Watch Faces?
Live Watch Faces are not supported on Apple Watch Series 1 and 2. If you have a Series 3-7 or SE model, go to the settings and click the “Configure my Apple Watch” button to access the available watch faces for your watch.
