Please, verify if the transaction has been finalized in your Purchase History (click here). If you observe a Pending status, don’t worry and simply wait until your bank completes the processing. Typically, it happens quickly, but in some cases it may take up to 24-72 hours. Once the purchase has been completed, restart the app and tap the “Restore” button.
