Please note that to request a refund, you must contact Apple Support at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. Developers on the App Store do not have access to the payment system and only Apple Support can provide refunds.
To check or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap “My Profile”.
- Tap “Subscriptions”.
- Find our app and tap “Cancel Subscription”.
If you cannot find our app in the “Active Subscriptions” list, it means you do not currently have a subscription.
